Jamie Little

Jamie joined Synagro in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. Synagro was a new undertaking and industry to Jamie. However, she was able to quickly familiarize herself with the composting process and the science behind it. It was not long after that she began to fall in love with the ins and outs of the industry. Jamie wears many hats while at work but one of her primary job functions is serving the municipalities from where Synagro receives their materials for composting. It is this customer service and relationship building that continued her growth and knowledge within Synagro. In her role as the Community Relations Specialist Jamie has put together community donations and participation with Keep Bakersfield Beautiful and farming events through the Kern County Farm Bureau. Furthering this role Jamie also serves on three boards within the Taft Community: the Taft College Foundation, the Taft Chamber of Commerce and the Taft Community Garden. When not at work or serving our local communities, you will find Jamie spending time with her family or enjoying a hot yoga class.
